The Challenges
Before the redesign, the website mixed homepage, shooting, pricing, e-shop, and storytelling — without hierarchy or clear user pathways.
We needed to:
- separate and structure the different areas: salon/services vs. e-shop
- highlight the value of hair diagnostics, a real strength of the salon
- organize products to facilitate search and purchase
- modernize the digital image to align with the active community
- successfully migrate data (customers, orders, products) cleanly
- preserve SEO and ensure a smooth transition.
The entire effort consisted of transforming a complex site into an intuitive, high-performing, and welcoming platform.
