Fitness Boutique is a recognized player in the field of sport, fitness, and sports nutrition. With a strong online presence and a network of physical stores, the brand offers a wide range of products, from strength training equipment to dietary supplements.

Fitness Boutique contacted us with a dual objective: Migrate their e-commerce store to Shopify Plus, to benefit from a more powerful, scalable, and modern solution, as well as to harmonize data flow.

The Challenges

Modernizing a historical and complex e-commerce site, while improving UX/UI performance and technical management on Shopify Plus.

Our Solution

Our support was structured around several key areas: a complete migration of data and the catalog to Shopify, UX/UI design mock-ups, and the optimization of customer journeys with the implementation of advanced e-commerce functionalities.

We also carried out custom development for certain complex pages and technical integrations: loyalty program, checkout customization, creation of a homepage and navigation specific to nutrition and equipment, among others.

01 Enhance the customer experience

The customer rewards pot is prominently integrated into product pages and throughout the purchase journey, including at checkout. It allows customers to accumulate credits with each order and easily use them on future purchases, thereby fostering loyalty and repeat business. This feature enhances engagement while offering a transparent and motivating experience for the consumer.

02 Highly optimized product sheets for informed choices

The product pages have been optimized to offer a fluid and comprehensive user experience, with information regarding delivery and whether a product is available in a physical store. To facilitate navigation on the product page, dedicated sections such as Product Zoom, Features, Technical Description, and Warranty & Advice are clearly identified and visually accessible. Each product page includes a detailed table of technical specifications as well as the product's key features.

This information is presented in a structured and readable manner, allowing customers to make informed decisions with confidence.
