Morphée is a brand specializing in disconnected wellness products designed to improve sleep and meditation, in collaboration with designers and sleep experts.

Morphée contacted Tamara Agency with a clear objective: to improve the user experience while optimising site management to allow the brand to focus on growth! We worked on a redesign centered on clarity, fluidity, and showcasing the offering.

The Challenges

An old theme and an old version of Shopify, accumulation of development layers, the store often encountered bugs and required constant technical assistance.

Although the site offered only 6 products, visitors had difficulty choosing the product that best suited them.


Our mission: improve the user experience while optimizing site management to allow Morphée to focus on its growth!

Our Solution

Prepare a clear optimization roadmap following a complete and in-depth data analysis:

- Switch to a new Shopify 2.0 theme, revisiting Morphée's brand image to strengthen its wellness positioning

- Redesign the site's UX/UI to offer a fluid and intuitive navigation.

- Highlight products and their benefits in a clearer and more engaging way.

Particular emphasis has been placed on packs/bundles, audio and video extracts, and a product comparison tool — all elements designed to enrich and simplify the user experience

The new Morphée website offers a much more immersive and dynamic experience, thanks to fluid animations, integrated videos, and a completely redesigned navigation.

The sleek design and harmonious visual transitions strengthen the consistency between the brand's well-being promise and its digital universe.

The site now expresses all of Morphée's uniqueness, while improving the customer journey's fluidity and conversion.

A comparative table between its products has also been integrated to help each visitor visualize the differences between the products and easily choose the one that best suits their needs.

01 ecommerce audit

We began our mission with a comprehensive e-commerce audit, an analysis of analytics, heuristic, competitive, and behavioral data to identify areas for improvement and establish a clear and effective roadmap.

We then designed modern and intuitive UX/UI mock-ups, optimized for mobile and desktop, to facilitate navigation and product selection.

02 Navigation optimization

A more intuitive, more visual interface, entirely designed to guide the user according to their objective.
Visitors can now easily and quickly find the product that suits them.

03 Product page optimization

The benefits and value of each product were highlighted, accompanied by session extracts and tutorial videos. Bundle offers and associated promotions were optimized, with intelligent cross-selling and reinforced reassurance throughout the customer journey.

Result: a clearer and more engaging shopping experience, offering better visibility of the advantages, value, and popularity of each product.
