The project started from scratch: we had to bring to life a strong and coherent brand, embodying naturalness, expertise, and modernity.
We defined the visual territory, the graphic charter, and the digital identity, ensuring that the world of botanical colorists was translated into a premium and accessible experience.
Coloration quiz / diagnostic
The heart of the project was an intelligent diagnostic tool, capable of guiding each client towards the plant-based hair color formula suited to their hair type. We designed a fluid and intuitive user journey, incorporating a custom UX quiz and automated product logic to offer a unique personalization experience.
Generate subscription sales quickly.
The objective was to convert initial visitors into loyal customers through a simple and attractive subscription model. We optimized the purchasing funnel, implemented recurring offers, and integrated retention tools to ensure a profitable launch from the very first weeks.
The solutions
We began by establishing a comprehensive design and technical brief, in order to understand the project's ambitions and define the key features to be implemented.
Based on this, we designed a complete graphic charter, adapted for digital and print media, to give the brand a strong and coherent identity.
UX/UI design
The next phase involved creating the UX/UI mockups for the homepage and the 100% personalized hair color diagnostic, designed with a mobile-first approach to offer a seamless experience across all devices.
Custom development
We then custom-developed the interactive quiz functionality, the core of the customer experience, before continuing with ongoing support: site optimization, implementation of subscriptions, upsell and cross-sell strategies, and the integration of email marketing campaigns to support month-over-month growth.
