Web project manager

The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented project manager to join our team. You will be the project manager and primary client contact in managing all phases of e-commerce & web projects. You will join our small and passionate team as a key member of our growing agency.

Responsibilities
– Ensure end-to-end project management
– Ensure projects are delivered to a very high quality, on time and within budget
– Build strong relationships with our clients and provide insights and strategy
– Participate in project requirements planning, strategy, analysis, and delivery processes
– Plan, organize and schedule activities to achieve project objectives
– Carry out associated administrative activities
– Motivate and monitor the progress of team members' work
– Prepare project profitability reports as needed
– Work closely with the Director to identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability improvements

Requirements
– Experience as a project manager and/or client-facing role
– Sense of organization and time management
– Excellent communication and team management skills
– Hands-on experience with project management software (e.g., Asana)
– Familiarity with Shopify and HTML/CSS is a big bonus!
